This policy explains how WorkFocus.io, LLC ("WorkFocus", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit workfocus.io, contact us, or work with us as a customer, prospective customer or partner. We do not sell, rent or license personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.
We provide consulting services and our Center of Excellence (CoE) product to businesses. When we process information about our customers' users on their behalf, we do so under our agreement with that customer and on its instructions. In that case the customer decides how the information is used, and you should contact the customer with any questions.
Information we collect
- Business contact information: your name, job title, company, business email address and phone number, when you contact us, meet with us, attend an event with us, or are introduced to us by a partner such as Adobe.
- Correspondence and meetings: emails and messages you send us, and notes of meetings we hold with you.
- CoE accounts: your name and business email address, taken from your Adobe Workfront sign-in, and the data your organization connects to the CoE.
- Billing information: your company's name, billing address and invoicing contact. We invoice customers and accept payment by bank transfer. We do not collect or store payment card details.
- Website visits: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Leadfeeder record the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and your IP address. Leadfeeder uses the IP address to identify the company you visit from.
How we use information
- To provide, support and invoice our services and the CoE.
- To respond to you and manage our business relationship with you.
- To send occasional business emails about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor all unsubscribe requests.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To protect our systems and meet our legal obligations.
Cookies
Our website shows a cookie banner. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Leadfeeder) load only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings link. We do not use advertising pixels or allow advertising networks to track visitors on our website.
Who we share information with
- Service providers that host, operate or support our business and the CoE for us, such as providers of email and collaboration, customer relationship management, accounting and payroll, cloud hosting and AI services. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Partners, such as Adobe, when we register an opportunity or work with them on a customer project, limited to business contact details.
- Professional advisors, such as our accountants and lawyers, under duties of confidentiality.
- Authorities, where required by law, subpoena or court order.
- A buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under confidentiality obligations.
Where information is stored
Our systems and the CoE are hosted in the United States. Members of our team who work outside the United States may access information to provide our services, under written confidentiality obligations. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and the encryption at rest provided by our hosting providers, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their work. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When a customer's CoE subscription ends, we delete or return its data at the customer's request.
Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, or you may object to our use of it, as applicable law allows. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each email. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we respond.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
